Family Fun

My sister and parents came over for a visit last month to celebrate my Dad turning 60!!! Plus Sarah and Jon turning 30!!! Happy Late Birthday to the three of them. My brother in law, Collin, was suppose to come but he had this little trip to a no big deal place come up and he had to go.... excuses, excuses. Okay not really, it was a totally awesome BIG deal! Collin has been offered a job in LONDON! He was traveling overseas to go meet and plan for their big move -- so that meant that unfortunately he wasn't able to come out for this trip to Cali. He was missed but we still had a great time! Here are a few pictures of the family fun weekend!

okay so you totally can't see Shortie in this but it will forever be a memory that I cant tell without laughing! We decided to go on the Ghost Rider - Sarah and I forgot how crazy fast it was and how it actually is an intense ride with up and downs very quickly. We convinced Shortie to go on it and told her it wasn't a big deal and would be fun -- Shortie is not a fan of roller coasters, like at all! As soon as we were buckled in and made the first corner we started going up and up... then it all came back to Sarah and I - we looked at each other thinking the same thing and she said, "Shortie's going to kill us!" Just then Shortie looked back and said "are we going down" in the most scared voice and all I could say was "I'm sorry baby hold onto Daddy and...." yup then we dropped. Man that ride is crazy but oh so fun! She screamed the whole time! However once we were off she did smile and brag to her brothers that she did it - Now she keeps asking to go back and do it again! (poor Dad looks ghost white in this picture -lol)

We all went over to Great Grandma Tommye's house and had a fun morning brunch hanging out and eating loads of bagels!
